This Privacy Policy explains what information Orvix Cloud ("we", "us") collects when you use our website at orvixcloud.site, and how it is used and protected.

When you register, we collect your name, email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash). When you place an order, we record the service chosen, the amount, the payment method used, and the Order and Invoice IDs. We never store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process and verify orders, send important emails (such as account verification and order updates), and provide support. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying information to improve our services.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

Our website uses cookies and local storage to keep you logged in, protect forms from CSRF attacks, remember your theme and language preferences, and show the cart badge. No tracking cookies are used to build advertising profiles.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary data with: our email provider to deliver account emails, and our payment partners to process transactions you initiate. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Security

Passwords are stored as hashes, sessions are protected with HttpOnly/Secure cookies and CSRF tokens, and secrets (such as SMTP credentials) are kept in server-side environment variables, never in the website files.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and order records while your account is active, and for as long as needed to fulfil our legal and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

You can view and update your own details from your Client Area. For access, correction or deletion requests, or any privacy concern, contact us at [email protected].
