These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Orvix Cloud website and the hosting services ("Services") offered by WeebPoll Technologies India Private Limited (CIN: U62090CT2025PTC018455, GSTIN: 22AAECW1906G1ZP). By registering an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Website and Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase our Services. You agree to provide accurate registration details and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Account, Ordering and Verification

Orders are created through the checkout flow and are identified by an Order ID (ORVX-...) and an Invoice ID. New orders remain in Pending status until payment is verified by our team, after which the service is activated. Coupon ORVIX20 offers 20% off a first order, limited to one use per account.

3. Payments

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards and Discord-arranged payments, processed through our payment partners. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

To cancel a service or request a refund, open a ticket in our Discord community or contact [email protected] with your Order ID and the reason. Refunds are considered in line with these Terms - for example, if a purchased service was not activated or did not function as described, we will review and resolve it fairly and promptly.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, to host content that infringes the rights of others, to send spam or malware, or to attack other networks or systems. We may suspend services that are found to be in violation of this policy while the matter is reviewed.

6. Intellectual Property

The Orvix Cloud name, logo and website design are the property of WeebPoll Technologies India Private Limited. Content you upload to your own hosted servers remains yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data loss, though we take reasonable measures to back up and protect services we operate.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
